On March 4 and 5, 2025<\/strong>, saxophonist Asya Fateyeva<\/strong> and the Ensemble Resonanz<\/strong> will explore creative modes of transformation<\/strong> through works by Franz Schubert, Johann Sebastian Bach, Luciano Berio, and others<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The saxophone<\/strong>, a bold pioneer in the classical repertoire, pushes the boundaries of the familiar, inviting the audience to an evening full of unexpected twists, transformations, and fresh interpretations<\/strong>. Franz Schubert\u2019s Arpeggione Sonata<\/strong>, presented in a double arrangement by Luciano Berio<\/strong>, provides insight into the composer\u2019s own creative process<\/strong>, just as the collectively developed versions from the Kronos Quartet\u2019s 50 for the Future<\/em> collection<\/strong> do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only one piece remains untouched: Bach\u2019s Air<\/em><\/strong>, where the original itself can once again be considered new<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
